We love the breadsticks but the wait is ridiculous. They do not typically have anything hot and ready. The people are often not... friendly either and do not welcome you. Wait times are usually over 30 minutes even if you order ahead of time and even have towait after your order pick up time. Parking is terrible. Read more
Thought I was stopping in to grab one of there Hot and Ready pizzas during the advertised hours for that. After placing my order... and paying, I was then told it would be 20-30 minutes and asked if that was ok. It was a little late at that point as theyalready had my money. It then took about 45 minutes for my food to come out. Not sure what was going on that evening but thereseemed to be some major issue that happened in the back that stopped production for a stretch of time. Read more
It's okay, honestly could use some training with their employees. Most of the time if it's slow or the right people are there... they are nice but when it's busy ans you watch 2 people just laughing away while a phone is ringing and 3 different customersare waiting to be helped makes you not want to come back. Foods gone downhill depending on who is actually working. Rarely stopunless I know there's a good worker there. Edit - sept 6th 2022 happened again, neither 2 females behind the counter helpedtake orders or answered the phone while the young gentleman took care of front of house and finishing up food coming out of theoven and boxing it by himself. I know there is a manager of some sort on staff at all times and they should have helped outfront and back. Not just stayed back talking where we couldn't see her. And if she wasn't a manager then the 3 people I knowwhere here should have helped each other and not left the male to do this by himself. Read more
The gentleman at the counter was working very hard to keep up on a busy rush. The two girls in the back very slowly dragged... their feet making the food and were chatting the whole time and ignoring the phone which rang numerous times throughout the HOURit took us to get our on pizza and breadstick order. Ive worked in pizza places before and know that it is not that hard tomulti-task and get orders out. Read more
Pizza seems under cooked and they just threw the pepperoni on there in big globs one is definitely worse than the other. Please... do Better in the future... Read more
I'd like to give no stars worst pizza place in history!!! Never have I been on hold for over 25 mins without even talking to a... person the pizza is always burnt or crazy bread burnt with no butter or parmasean on them waste of money in my opinion they willnever get another dollar from my wallet. I hope this place goes under from poor management. Waste of space. Read more
Pizza is usually really good. Sadly, lately they have been very slow with usually a 45-60 min wait time for an online order. I... do enjoy the cheap pretty tasty pizza but the 3/5 stars is for the wait. Domino's is faster and more expensive but I may justorder from there for a quick turnaround. Read more
Pizza is way undercooked, and not one cut mark! always disapointed when i come to this little ceasers. Smh
