This was my 1st time eating here and I will not be back. I'm disappointed because I was taking my Mom out for her birthday. The... customer service was awful. We got our food and my Mom asked for more coffee. The server never came back the whole time. Whenshe finally came back. I told her how unhappy I was and she was very rude. She said was waiting on a party. She gave us dirtylooks and said she would just get the manager. The manager was just as rude. The manager smelled of alcohol on her breath too.Also when we 1st arrived many of your employees were outside smoking. Maybe if they weren't doing that they would have time tocare of their customers. Went here for lunch on my 16th birthday with my parents. Service was great, food was delicious, but the music was terrible (too... loud, offending words). I heard that the music has improved since. ???? Read more

If I could give this place zero stars I sure would! Last night my mother in-law & I wanted to have dinner together. We decided... on Ralphies. I got a chicken tender basket, fries & a side salad. When I went to pull my chicken apart, before eating it! It wascompletely FREAKING RAW. Whomever was the cook last night sure as hell needs to be fired. Our waitress was NOT happy at all. Shehad mentioned that the ladies behind us, just had the same exact problem. They ordered chicken wings & they were RAW TOO! Noteven 30 mins before we got our food. Very disappointed. A friend of mine recommended this place, and it did not disappoint. I had the Ralphie burger with fries, and an order of 10... wings. Both were great. My server Deaken was also great, as he was on top of everything. You will not be disappointed. Read more

Had a business lunch here, excellent service and food. I was very pleased with my Philly Steak sandwich! The two with me also... said nice things about their meals. Restaurant seemed clean and well organized. Have eaten here a few times now. Nocomplaints, good food and service! They make an excellent chicken quesadilla. Read more
I enjoyed delicious food, won money playing Keno and our waitress Erin was awesome! I wanted to try the habanero peach burger... and she let me taste a sample of the jelly. Great bubbly personality and made sure we were taken care of our whole experience! Iwill be coming back! Read more
