Went to pick up my order and had to wait for them to make the cheese bread. My pizzas were just coming out of the oven when I... watched her make my bread. Had to have her stop and remake the bread due to the fact that she was wiping off a counter with atowel then put one glove on but used both hands to make my food. Didn't wash her hands at all. In the middle of making thesecond order ( she now has 2 gloves on but still didn't wash her hands ), she stopped to go pick up her cell phone with hergloved hands. I just let it go. I know, I should have said something. Pizzas seemed a little over done and was not the greatest.You can see in the pix where the dough was over proofed and burned. Nice folks. But the pizza was not good. We ordered 2 pizzas buffalo chicken and a pepperoni extra cheese. Buffalo pizza was all... over the place and i don't think they put extra cheese on the pepperoni pizza. Read more
Very disappointed with our order. We tried them for the first time and ordered an extra large pizza and it took an hour and half... just to get to us and then once we got it, it was cold and nasty. Terrible first experience. Read more
Our order was 2 jojo's which was not very big. Then the Cinnamon bread sticks that were hard to bite let alone chew. Our order... was 25.96 and we gave 40$ we were given 9 dollars in change. The driver gave herself a tip I guess. Read more
This was my first and final time! The pizza ranked maybe a D and the wings a C-. The wings were a fairly decent size but the... garlic parmesan was over powering. The pizza was dry and the toppings scarce. Read more
I had placed an order through door dash for an order that included "The Butcher Shop". When the order was delivered it was a... plain pepperoni. I called, and in order to have the correct pizza I would have had to go through door dash CANCEL the originalorder, a refund would be issued in 5 to 10 days, then reorder. So the manager I spoke with on June 2nd said to make it easier wecould just have a credit to redeem for the correct pizza and to just call and give them my name and the we have a credit. Wellwe call and redeem the pizza my husband goes to pick up because it's done and the refuse to give it to him. Stating they don'tdo credits and they have no way to look it up if it's through door dash. So to get a simple corrected order, only because theprice difference, you have to cancel an order and reorder? But I already had everything else and if I got a refund and justordered a replacement pizza they would have lost money on the other items. Not to mention the level of rude that we dealt withfrom management regarding it and we NEVER complain unless it effects the end price. We are really understanding because we bothhave worked with customers. Just unnecessary. Read more
5/21/2022 Hope this location can get their act together. My husband became ill within hours of eating there on 5/21/222. I wish... Donatos or Jets pizza came into town .... Updated 3/12/22 It was a much better experience this visit. Pizza is good....serviceis lacking. I ordered the family deal only to be told that it doesn't include 2 toppings when it does. Then I proceeded toordered 2 thin crust only to realize that the gave me one thin and one traditional. I'm not sure if I should call back andcomplain seeing as they weren't very helpful when I 1st ordered. I guess I can chalk it up to be in a new location with newemployees new employees hopefully they do better next time. Read more
I really like their pizza. The sauce is sweeter than most but the prices are high for what they offer. Good product, nice people... but if it was a little cheaper I would eat it more often. Read more
