Has your sub ever had as much meat on it as this picture? I don't eat here, my friend does......and always orders extra meat!

They can't follow instructions when making a sub that is ordered online!! What is the point of having a special instructions... option if they don't do what's asked? Even if you mark TOASTED they fail. This is not the first time I've had this problemeither. Very disappointing. Read more

Girls had attitude with no greeting or smiles (not expected but really gave a negative vibe). Frustrated separating meats and... just threw them on the sandwich. Very little cheese put on. Two small slices in the center. Just a negative experience. Idkhow this place is as a whole but hopefully it improves or the girls there start to get along. Read more

I got the new Garrett Wilson sub and got mayonnaise and chipotle sauce on it and they drowned my sub with the sound it was... disgusting could even eat it. And when I pick my order up I had my hand out to get the bag and the worker throw it on thecounter and just walked away. Read more

My mother ordered from subway in Galion,Ohio for delivery through the subway app. The wrong order was delivered. When we called... to have this fixed they told us that was not their problem to call door dash. We did. Doordarsh informed us that since it wasthrough the subway app that subway had to correct the problem. We called this store back and was yelled at and told they can'tdo anything about it. When we asked to talk to a manager, Brooklyn and Keira told us there wasn't one working. We had a reorderplaced after talking to doordash again. Almost an hour later it still hadn't been delivered. Called back and was hung up on.Called again and was told to call the manager in the morning. Called doordash who informed us that subway put the reorder in forthe wrong day. Called to tell the store that, they yelled at us again and said they can't do anything. Called the manager thismorning to be told that we can get the refund on a gift card if we come pick it up. And told that we were harassing the girlsworking and the girls are allowed to yell at customers who are rude. We only called so many times because we were trying to getthis issue fixed or a refund. The manager also us that it was a doordash problem but she would refund it. WE ORDERED THROUGH THESUBWAY APP NOT DOORDASH! I have never been spoken to or treated as badly as I have been by the employees at this store! Just badattitudes all around. Will not be ordering from this location again! Read more

Food was good the bread was hard, the staff on the otherhand could use a lot of customer service skills. Was very rude, acted... like she didn't want to be there was not listening when told what toppings. Probably will not be back to this subway..... Read more

If I could I would give a 10-star review. Although their toaster oven was down. They offered to heat my meat and bread up. They... were fast and the sub was great. They was only three young ladies working by themselves. And had a lot of customers. Read more
