This place will cancel your doordash order for no reason then claim it's because they can't make hash browns after a certain... time. First time they said they don't make them after 11AM. Second time I ordered before 11AM and it was still cancelled. Read more

Food and coffee are often cold. The Galion location is seldom open when they should be according to hours posted. I went thru at... 6:40 pm and there were employees but no one came take my order and they would not come to the window. Sign posted said open till7pm. Not the first time this has happened. Normally their coffee has been great. But the last time I went it was terrible. It tasted burnt, and there was no flavor. I... purchased an iced vanilla/caramel coffee and they didn't even make it properly. it was just black coffee. I told her it didn'tlook right, and all she did was put creamer in it. I'm not one to tell anyone how to do their job. So I just left. I wont begoing back. You can get better coffee at McDonald's. Read more
