Cashier at the window needs to adjust her attitude, or better yet, have someone who is competent bagging and handing out the... food. Also very rude. I ordered a Frisco meal, the bread wasn't toasted like it comes at literally any other Hardee's location.Also pulled up to a clear drive thru, and barely had any customers inside, and had to wait 10 minutes to get the wrong food. I only came in to pick up an order for Uber Eats. I brought the order out to my car and realized that there was a missing item.... I went back in to get the missing item for the customer only to be told that I was a liar and had stolen one of the items andwas just trying to get free food. This is not true because that's not how I do things and that would just not be cool. If you'rejust going to assume that people are lying then that's not cool and a place that I wouldn't want to frequent again as a customermyself. Read more
I got my usual steak egg and cheese biscuit and this was the worst ive ever had. My sandwich was cold like it had been sitting... out. The biscuit did not even seem to be fresh at all. Really enjoyed the breakfast food, very filling an opens really early. They also have great chicken sandwiches but, not worth... $6.50 just for a ssndwich. Read more
I have gone to the hardees in gallatin several times to get a biscuit before 12:00 as they are supposed to be serving breakfast... till 12:00 on weekends and they never have them.the dinning area is always closed way before they close the restaurant.they arealways short handed on employees.must be poorly managed if they can't keep enough employees.I waited in line for 20 mins to geta biscuit only to be told they were out.they got no business from me or the person before me and behind me in the drivethrough.if they are iut if biscuits,put a sign out saying so.we are waisting gas to wait in line for nothing! At one time, this place was consistently good. But now you never know what you will get. You can?t even count on them being open... during business hours. Occasionally, you will get a warm meal. But more often than not, it is cold and stale. This morning wasthe worst yet. Dining room was closed. 30 minute wait in drive thru. Food cold. It tasted like it was made hours ago. If negative stars was only an option. I've been going there 6 mornings a week for 6 months and will never go back after what I... saw this morning. Some young guy, a MANAGER, does a double sneeze RIGHT INTO the hash browns. He does not even try to coverhis face. I talk to the GM and she literally could not care less. I told her with her attitude, I now understand why hermanagers can do whatever they want. She says, "I've been here 9 years, no one above me will do anything either."
