Always out of condiments, ketchup cups, splenda sweetener, trash and tables not checked regularly, exterior lot and property... does not appear to be cleaned on a regularly basics, I have to drive another 20 minutes to another location to avoid theseproblems Read more
Cold food and the fries, chicken nuggets were not hot Best if they do everything together while all is hot
I went inside for my order to go. I heard and watched the grill person say "cheeseburger deluxe" as he set the burger on the... front area towards the dining room. Well I obviously neglected to see which sandwich the counter girl picked up. But no surpriseto say when I got into the car and bit into it it was NOT a deluxe, just a regular cheeseburger. The fries weren't all too fresheither. That was my first stop here and I've lived in the area a year, I don't think I'll go back. I was the only person in thedining room so it shouldn't have been too tough to get my order executed correctly. *By the way the burgers are about an eighthof an inch thick, if that and they're very tiny now in circumference also. I only ordered a frosty plus I bought the Frosty tag for a year of small Frosty's. One person gave me the Frosty while the... window person forgot about giving me my Frosty tag. Finally the gentleman on the headset opened the window and asked me if I waswaiting on something else. He was very curtious and apologized profusely. I had to wait for a few minutes but was impressed withthe customer service after that point! Read more
