Food was bad. My wife's turkey lurkie she didn't eat because it was so hard and stuck together,you could use it as a hammer,and... she actually tapped it on the table and it was solid. The mashed potatoes was cold and bad and rolls was also. Now to my meal Igot the bacon cheeseburger. The fries and burger was cold. Biggest thing was I told the waitress that I only wanted mayo ,lettuce and onion and she never even wrote it down. So I got pickles, lettuce and tomatoes on it. Service is very sketchy; hostess, server, kitchen (one of three orders was cold. Couldn't get anyone to take away our dirty... dishes when dessert came, so I put them on a clean table nearby. Use cash unless you want to extended your visit. Read more
Went to get Bob Evans for dinner on curbside pickup. Called when I arrived, and they said they were bagging it up and will be... right out. Waited 32 minutes then went inside to find that my order was not done and what was done was sitting out not on a heattray or anything, just sitting there getting cold. I asked the host; I believe her name was Mckayla and she told me she had noidea and that their phones were broken which was a lie because I called and that I needed to wait in the pickup line and asksomeone else. Finally got to talk to someone and they tried to get me to wait for my food which at this point had been sittingout for who knows how long, and we ordered chocolate milk, and it was just sitting out no refrigeration. Cancelled my order andwalked out. Now I had to reorder my food to go pick it up in Rio since Gallipolis has no clue what is happening. Read more
The curbside service was excellent. They were out to the car within two minutes of arriving. The food however was not great. ... The rolls were tiny and hard. The fried chicken was burnt. The dressing was so soggy I couldn't eat it. The cranberry saucespilled out all over the contents of the bag making it sticky. It over all just wasn't a good trip. Read more
In entering the restaurant the Host was not friendly, no smile, no enthusiasm, sat us down and didn't say a word. Usually when... seated at a restaurant you are told that your waitress will be there shortly. Stuff all over floor and lots of tables coveredwith dirty dishes and the place was not busy. 2 basic Items they where out of , hash browns , and home fries. Waitress herselfwas embarrassed that they where out of those food items. Fries tasted old and some of the food was barely warm. After readingreviews on yelp, I see they have had poor reviews for several years, I see this as mainly a management problem seeing that theyhave had bad reviews for many years and need better training. My breakfast was perfectly cooked. The service was outstanding! The pancakes were exceptional unlike the pancakes from the Bob... Evens in Rio Grande. Ray Charles could see the difference in quality between the two photos. Sad that the manager at the Riolocation saw Nothing wrong with lousy pancakes. Read more
After we were seated, it was 15 minutes before we were asked what drinks we wanted, and we gave her our menu choices at that... time. A half hour later, we still didn't have our drinks yet. 2 other couples came in after we got there and had gotten theirdrinks and food, and we still had nothing.
