Our family of 4 came in at 6:45, after a long night of trick or treating. My daughter was excited to use her free personal pizza... she earned from reading at school. It took several mins to be seated, but no big deal they looked short staffed. But afterwaiting for 20 mins or more and watching others come in and be waited on, we asked a nearby waitress for help. She took our foodorder at the same time but then we didn't get it for another 45 mins, and that was after asking where it was. When it came outour pizza which was supposed to be Detroit style with sauce on top had none at all on it, and the sauce for the breadsticks wascold. When we told the waitress she was just like oh it must've been mixed up I don't know I don't work back there. We asked ifwe could just get some sauce and it took another 15-20 to get luke warm sauce to put on our pizza. No one checked on us, got usrefills, or asked if we needed a box. After my husband went to the counter and asked to speak to a manager the waitress went inthe back and came back out several mins later and said the food was free, so at least we didn't have to pay. But the sheer lackof caring and apathetic attitude had me frustrated. I love the food, hence the 2 star rating instead of 1, I crave pizza hut'ssauce and breadsticks all the time and my daughter lives for the stuffed crust. But this experience has left a lot to bedesired. Home finally at 9 on a school night with a 4 and 7 year old has me still reeling. Read more
Ordered delivery on 10/18, got a call from female manager saying their driver locked the keys in their car and if i would pick... up the order i would get a discount. I get there to pick up order and wait almost 15 minutes for the order. After waiting ifinally go in to see whats going on. Female manager told me the order was just about finished. Another employee was working onthe order and i asked her about this discount. She says since it was a delivery they had to put my discount on a pizza hut card.So she finally brings me the order and says the boss isnt back yet so she cant do the pizza hut card. So she hands me a coupleof coupon books. I said those are pointless and handed them back. So end of story is i paid a delivery fee, $12 tip and had topick up my order. The customer service at this location is very not good. I hope that Pizza Hut managers/owners can look deep attheir service. Read more
Terrible Pizza terrible service my wife picked up a pizza after work it wasn't what we ordered after she brought it all the way... home I was on hold for 10 minutes and they told me to bring the pizza back and they would make a new one when I asked for extracheese for the trouble they told me it would cost $2 extra Read more
Our waitress would not listen to what we wanted we had to repeat it numerous times she would not give us refills we had to go... ask for boxes and our receipt they got our food mixed up with another table it set there for a few minutes before they broughtit over to us and said they gave it to the wrong person we asked for extra pizza sauce on our pizza and didnt get any sauce onit at all and still paid full price for everything we wont be going back Read more
Went Sunday and had a terrible experience. First they only had 1 order of breadsticks. We were also told the GM forgot to pay... the license to keep alcohol so we could walk next door to carry out and bring our own beer in? Then they were out of the Detroitstyle pizza so we order a different one. 90 minutes later we still had no pizza or chicken wings so we left without eating. Whata shame because Pizza Hut used to be the place to go but no longer. Read more
