Good food. Good service. I used a coupon to buy one footlong sub and get one for free. Two footlong subs totaled less than $8.... The cashier had to double take at the total because it didn't feel right. Don't throw away those fliers. Read more
I was really dissatisfied with this one two days straight i had stop there to get my son a pizza sub.. Lets just say after... sitting there for 10 minutes on the 31st of May.. No one answer the Speaker.. I pulled up to the window still waiting another 5minutes. No one came to the window.. Needless to say i seen a lady standing out in front talking to someone in a white truck..No more of my business at this one. Read more
It's ok but some of the kids working there have poor customer service skills
They are thieves who will refuse to refund your money when they fail to have a timed order ready in time to be picked up and... believe that apparently you should be fine recieving the food an hour later. None of the employees outside of a manager areapparently capable of refunding your money so you're subject to when the manager is in to get your money back. They also refuseto provide corporate complaint numbers which are public and are also unwilling to provide their business license which isrequired by law. Read more
this subway versus the one on Eastern avenue actually pays attention to what you're asking for. I appreciate that they were... able to hear me say personal pizza on flatbread instead of just personal pizza which is on some thicker dough. Read more
I have made multiple purchases at this restaurant and today will be the last. My friend ordered ahead of me and when preparing... his sub the worker took his bacon from the oven and blew on it! She went on as if nothing untoward had happened so it wouldappear these kind of practices are a usual occurrence. He canceled his order and we left. I would have canceled mine but I hadordered online and already paid. I know restaurants etc are understaffed but there were 5 people working and we waited 30minutes to order. The drive thru was taken care of before the customers who walked in. This is unacceptable and the baconincident was disgusting. On my previous visit there was a hair in one of the subs. Their second chance was their last. They needto wear hair nets. Read more
