All the tables were filthy. Waited for someone to take our order for 10mins. Watched the manager walk right by to go to smoke... with the up front register person. Took a while to have a employee take my order. An employee that was on her break. Went back to get someone. Employee came out... and started interviewing a person behind me. The lady employee who was on break said I guess I'll take your order. My experiencefrom this situation is an interview is more important than making money for the business. Read more
Wouldn't recommend this place if Taco Bell was your favorite restaurant, and it was the last one standing. Desperately in need... of new management. Maybe try cross training with Pomeroy. They don't suck. Read more
I don?t ever leave bad reviews but I really wanted Taco Bell tonight and I was so upset when we got there to find that they were... somehow closed? The outside and drive through lights were off and most of the employees were standing outside goofing off. Droveall the way to Gallia for nothing when they should have been open. Read more
Almost 30 min and still haven?t received my 3 items. DT wrapped around the building. It?s always this way typically. They never... have enough help. Really Taco Bell? This is the ?steak? quesadilla I got today. Seven pieces of meat all in the middle and it isn?t cut. This is... beyond the usual disappointment I have after I eat at this location. If I could give zero stars I would. The service is awful!!!!! Two times I ordered a Nachos Bell Grande no tomato or beans, and... both times I was skimped on the beef and the cheese sauce.
