The service was fast and the people are nice. Clean bathrooms and dining area.
Slow service. When I got to the speaker was asked what I wanted, than worker said hang on a minute 5 minutes later still... nothing. Went inside and service was slow as well. Used to be a good place to go, very disappointed. The driver behind me left,shouted obscenities at the drive thru and when next door to Burger King. Read more
Very very slow. The girl at the counter acted like she had no idea what was going on. Went to get my drink and they didn't... have regular old Coke. They had a few flavored Cokes but not the OG. Pretty disappointed. Read more
They were handing out cans of soda instead of from the fountain. And they called it "Pop". Served multiple orders in one bag.
Food was hot and arrived quickly. Very delicious and a really good deal. Service was excellent. Restaurant was clean and tidy
Almost all employees of all restaurants in Gallipolis, especially fast food, are dumber than a box of rocks, so I guess Wendy?s... can?t help hitting every branch on the way down from the top of the dumb tree. Mobile orders always break their brains. Iordered a chicken sandwich one day and received it almost completely uncooked. I went again the next day, ordered a chickensandwich, and didn?t receive it at all. I went two days later and ordered salad with no guacamole and add cheddar cheese. Ireceived the salad covered in guacamole and no cheddar cheese. This was all in the same week, other dumb stuff like this hashappened before. Every restaurant in Gallipolis always messes up something or forgets it all together, Wendy?s is definitely noexception. Read more
Just fully renovated. Staff is very considerate. One of the fastest and most accurate Wendy's I have ever been to.
