I ordered a drink here on the mobile app cause I personally hate trying to explain it over a speaker. I was in a rush this... morning trying to make my kids bus. I drove up and got a whole lecture about how I have to wait til the time it says I'm theapp. I didn't even feel comfortable explaining that I just get anxious ordering thru the speaker. But I don't understand if Iwent up to the speaker or used the app..... What the difference? I have a little wait no matter what. I'll be staying clear ofthis location. Get up to the window to pay. Takes a few minutes, then I hand my card and she says while you wait here is a ?questionnaire?. The... ?questionnaire? was asking for a tip, which I found very disrespectful. I?ve been to this location numerous times and I wasnever asked this.
