The worst place ever waited a hour for a raw pizza and for them to take the rest of my order out of the warmers. Take the raw... pizza back because the phone just kept ringing busy for he to try and blame it on me and say only the GM can give a refund. Bestbelieve I will be there everyday and calling corporate! Had to repeat my online order 4 times to girl at the front. Waited for a good 30 minutes for my other pizza and crazy bread.... They continued filling other orders with the items I had ordered. Watched the front girl give the lady a wrong order. Didn'tnotice until she walked back in. They kept the food for someone else to get after if left the store! So the young lady at the front desk was nice. She got my pizza for me I ordered 2 pepperoni hot and ready pizza?s. I was in a... hurry so I grabbed them and went home. Put the pizza out for kids to eat and they only ate hold of one pizza. They said it wasnasty and no flavor. I tried one. No sauce and 3 pepperoni?s per slice some had a little more. I pulled my cheese and pepperoniback and no sauce probably just a table spoon because you couldn?t see any. I called and spoke with the manager he told me thathe couldn?t take my word for it and to bring it in. No concern whatsoever or apology. I took it back up there when I had thechance he was rude and nasty. Told me if I want sauce to order extra. I picked it up and showed him there was no sauce on thepizza. Other customers standing in lobby agreed. He then did not offer a refund I had to ask for it. I would not of even had areal big issue if the management had a little customer service knowledge. Ordered online (4/14/22), 45minute wait for that, it's a holiday weekend, understood. I get there, not even done. Then they... proceed to get it wrong and have to remake it. Then I get my "deep dish" (pictured) that looked more like 2 personal sizedpizzas thrown in the deep dish box. The regular pizza I ordered was deeper than the deep dish. The lobby was not busy at all,it's been much busier with less of a wait. Terrible, I've worked pizza delivery before so I try to cut some slack for thingsrunning long, but this has more to do with people being inept and cutting corners. Very disappointed. Read more
It's cheap. It's hot (usually) and it fills you up, and doesn't taste bad if you eat it in the first 5 minutes before it turns... into cardboard. Also do yourself a favor and ask them to put the garlic, parmesean seasoning from their Jalapeno Cheesy bread(which is the best thing on the menu) on your pizza. Read more
The new $6 pizza is amazing and they will make it fresh. Sometimes you have to wait but it's worth it. Very friendly staff who... will go the extra mile if you're not happy. Plus they have call ahead If you want to avoid a wait. I'm updating my review ofthis location. They have new staff and management and since then they have gotten a lot worse. Their not even getting ordersright or cooking the pizza all the way through. Below are before and after pictures.
