The place is a mixed bag every time. One time you order and everything is great , food and pickup times. But sometimes it takes... just tooooo long, there?s no organization at all at this place , the employees just running around, and if you don?t speak theirlanguage you might have a problem. Their food is very good overall ***when it?s good and fresh. But one time after eating theremy stomach wasn?t happy about the food, idk, it might be that I had their yogurt dip with the paneer in tomato sauce. Howeverconsidering there is almost not good places for us truckers to eat , this is place is very good , just be cautious, sometimestheir food is not so fresh , and it might be cooked in anti-sanitary conditions. Travelling, hotel in Gallup and looking for proper (vegetarian) food, we found Bombay. What a gem! The place was loaded with... truck drivers waiting for their takeaway, but we could sit down and dine in. Portions are excellent and the taste is good. I love Indian food, and today I stumble onto a gem. My god the food is delicious, the chai tea is amazing. I got a few items to... really give you guys a true picture of the quality and authentic Indian cuisine this restaurant offers. Garlic and onion nan,goat curry, shrimp biryani, shrimp tandoori, and the chai tea. You will not be disappointed, I will definitely be back! Highlyrecommend!
