When management blames their new hires instead of taking responsibility and apologizing for an hour wait when a drive thru order... should take no more than 15 minutes you know the place is falling apart. I felt so bad for the drive thru cashier who had todeal with being talked down because the team wasn't working together. Read more
The experience was extremely awful. My husband and I placed an order at about 5:50 pm and until 6:25 pm the order could not be... served. My husband realized that persons who came in at about 6:25 pm, received their order within five minutes. He then airedhis disgust, only to realize that his order had been sitting on the packaging table all along and there was no way the persondoing the packaging could not have know, as she saw my husband standing there all that time. She did not even have the courtesyto inquire as to the wait. I am not heartbroken, I will just spend my money elsewhere. I am still wondering whether whattranspired was tied to a former incident where a $5 order was messed up and I went back inside to notify them and theyindirectly asked for the proof. My husband was most disgusted, brought the order back inside, and expressed his dissatisfaction.All of this have caused us to be reflecting: Could the experiences be tied to us being African American??? Bk has very good coffee.That's the only things I like from the menu. The staff is very sweet at this location though!
Fantastic customer service through the drive thru. Food was fresh and very tasty. Fries were perfectly salted. Sweet tea was... sweet and vanilla iced coffees were flavorful. For fast food, top notch experience! Burger King in Gallup 1000% better thanDenny's in Gallup. Read more
