My family and I were on the road and wanted a place that is dog friendly and served good food. Found this place on google maps... and decided to give them a try. Our food came out on time. We ordered a 14" cheesesteak pizza and 1/2 a pound of their new boneless wings in Buffalo sauce. The... pizza was not as good as I thought it would be. The toppings were tiny and I didn't enjoy it. The boneless wings in Buffalosauce were more sour than hot or spicy. I also ordered the red bull Gelato and it was good. Best place to eat in Gallup. We travel from Farmington through Gallup at least once a month on our way to AZ. On our way home... we saw signs for Fratelli's and decided to stop in. We are so glad we did! Fratelli's is locally owned by Ruth who is one ofthe most authentic and friendly people we've had the pleasure of meeting. The food is top tier! We got the homemade Hawaiianpizza, pesto, and New Mexico roadrunner - absolutely delicious. Ruth brought us over their signature Alfredo fries, talk abouta guilty pleasure! So tasty! Next time we go through we are trying the wings too. We capped off dinner with their homemadeGelato and sorbet, talk about the proverbial "icing on the cake" 5 out of 5 stars. My experience here was delightful! Service was pretty good, waitress super nice, good temperature, and loved the atmosphere. I... would give it a 5/5 but personally, the pasta I ordered needed a little more something. Still was fantastic food! I wouldrecommend this place to people. The gelato is delicious! We stumbled into this Italian Gem and it was Amazing! Ruth took such good care of our family and even made a special wing mix... for our Dairy free daughter. Gelato made fresh IN STORE, and all dishes home made! Even the new Epoxy finish on the tables isdone in house. We stopped to try something different on our way back home to Colorado. Let me say we were far from disappointed. The food was... GREAT!!! We had the Alfredo fries, Buffalo chicken wings and the New Mexico road runner pizza. We will be coming back that'sfor sure ???? We will also recommend this place to anyone we know traveling near by. A little disappointed in my 1st experience here. The 3 ?s are for the food and atmosphere. As far as Service, We had little to... NONE! Because we had a party of 6, an automatic 20% gratuity was add to the bill. It was obvious that our server, knewing shewas automatically getting such a good tip, basically took our order, delivered our food and forgot about us completely! Wewaited forever for beverage refills and even the check! The place is not very big at all, so her excuse that "its very busytonight" just didnt fly! The food was very good. Everything we ordered was hot and flavorful. Unfortunately thats where all theGood Comments end. I really wanted to like this place, but it fell short of a Good First Impression. To be transparent, I'm giving a review of a Cobb salad and what went with it. The staff here is engaging and efficient. Great... atmosphere even though this was an early-bird-meal for me. Hopefully they dim the dining room lights just a hint a little laterin the evening. Rock solid Cobb salad can be best described as a 'Big Salad'. Just what I needed. And to throw a wrench intothe experience I had a glass of the Coppola Pinot Noir and that was also a great glass of wine. Before my salad presented myserver placed a small plate with 3 small Italian bread slices with marinara. The perfect amount. I'll go back and if youhaven't I wager you won't be disappointed. Yes.
