Usually this McDonald?s is friendly and efficient. This time I felt like my order was rushed from the beginning. The lady at the... second window was unbelievably rude. She was holding my drink out the window and swirling it in circles while I was at the firstwindow paying. Then I told her I had ordered another drink that I didn?t receive. She acted like it was huge inconvenience andtold me the price for the drink and rolled her eyes. I don?t mind paying at all, it?s not like I was trying to get a free drink.Then she rudely took my money and told me to pull up to the door for a drink. A DRINK. Then after 5 mins another worker tells methey don?t have the drink. I opted for another drink even though I wouldn?t have got it all if I knew from the beginning theydidn?t have it. Bad mcdonalds, trying to over charge and blame it on the COVID and current economic conditions. 3.00 for lg hot tea is... ridiculous! They should close these McDonald's in Gallup. They are trying to take advantage of the Indians their main source ofbusiness. Read more
Very Clean every where,big up to Angelia ???? Good customer service definitely worth the stop. Keep up the good work.
Do not stop here, long waiting times, they make you park in waiting stall and takes up to 30 minutes to get your order, they get... your order wrong, and they forget condiments, when you ask they don't return to your vehicle until you ask another worker. The drive thru was so slow, I almost went inside to get my order, the food was good still so they're OK
Place was clean service was slow . Bought crispy chicken sandwiches?. Mistake they were served dry with two slices of pickle but... zero sauce or anything else . Now I know why I don?t eat at McDonald?s and I should have gone down the street to Safeway Instead Read more
Not sure how but my order was entered properly and packed with a label it was made properly but..... yet the order was not... prepared correctly. This location puts off a feeling of being over worked and under staffed. Hopefully things turnaround beforeI visit next. Read more
