Went for the ny style got a regular pie. Was good, but a bit undercooked I guess. Whatever pizza is pizza I guess.
They made up for the bad review...been here multiple times since my last review and they have treated me awesome thanks. must be... under new management or have a new team...not sure but I appreciate ya. I called to order and they would not deliver to myfamily...I understand it's late but some of us depend on businesses to stay open late because we all work late and some travellate. They told me my business card was being declined and my own personal account. Both lies. To me...they didn't want todeliver late ..I don't blame them... would have been worth their time if they did. I will call corporate in the morning becauseI feel horrible they wouldn't help me. PS...dominos...had no problem charging my card. When I called to talk to the manager hesaid my card was not being approved n couldn't help me ???? Read more
I personally worked for Papa Johns for 20 years. I ordered from the Papa Johns in Gallup NM. on a snowy night. Not only did... the pizza arrive on time, it arrived hot and the driver was awesome. What I really want to say is this was the best looking andtasting Papa Johns Pizza I have had in years. Keep up the great work. Read more
We ordered delivery to our hotel room and it got here much faster than the estimated time. Delivery driver brought us plates,... cups and napkins (without us asking for them). Our order was perfect. Excellent service! Read more
We went there in person and they told us it would be a 10-15 min wait. No problem for us. I mentioned I'd wait in my car and... they brought it out to our car when it's ready. They brought us red pepper and parmesan cheese packets with napkins and paperplates. I've never had a Pappa John's do that. They were very patient, sweet, and understandable. Great pizza always tastes very fresh and never dull. The best place to order pizza for a large family. I surely hope Papa Johns... continue to keep the large orders on the menu for quite a long time.
