Very rarely will I leave a review, but when I do, it's a bad thing. This Sonic is the worst. Customer service is TERRIBLE. It's... like the employees have never spoken to someone before. Any slight request you make, they act like it's impossible and can'taccommodate. Their ice cream machine never works, and they take FOREVER. It's just bad. I love sonic, but avoid this one at allcosts! Read more

This was our go to location because the staff was friendly and they always got our order right. Spent $35 and they got every... burger on our order wrong. Notified them and we're told to bring back the receipt and they'd remake our order. Go back and thelady, I'm guessing is a "manager" Rosie said she didn't get a call about our order. Worst customer service ever! I think we'llstart going to the east side from now on. Read more
