I had 1 order very simple and tye food was dry, my drink wasn't up sized like I asked.
Can beat this, the app is super convenient to order from especially half off drinks.
The 1? is for the carhop. We were placing our order, and we're asked "any thing else!", we repeat our order she says rudely, "I... already got that!" We explain its not on the screen, and we continue to order, meal orders, and the intercom is quiet... We'resaying hello? Hello? And out comes the carhop with only our drinks. I explain to her we were still ordering, she says she'ssorry but you have to push the button and order again and that's just the way "The Managers are". ????Terrible service. Read more

An order of fries wasn?t added and and onion rings were burnt. They told me they couldn?t give me another order of fries and... they took the onion rings to make sure I wasn?t lying (I guess). Second onion rings, burnt again! Service sucked and people hadbeen driving off due to long wait. Read more
