Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We always get our usual, red gummy bear and strawberries wild. They happily... accommodated us splitting a large into two small cups for the kids. Taste and texture is consistent to other Jambas we've hadbefore. We went inside to order but next time I will have to use their drive thru. We're so thrilled to have a Jamba Juice intown. Dirty lobby. Custom order was messed up. Wouldn?t recommend stopping here. Go to Lodi or Elk Grove instead. If you go here... you?re just wasting your money. Manager is harassing me and sending me multiple emails and calling me insinuating that I?mlying. Her shift lead messed up my order and didn?t offer to remake the item but merely offered to scoop the product out of mysmoothie bowl that I specifically requested not be included. Also didn?t add the extra topping to replace what I didn?t want inmy bowl. If she would have offered to remake the bowl I would have said yes but instead she only offered to scoop it out with aspoon which is completely unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. Save your money and gosomewhere else Also; when the manager originally contacted me she told me there was no order for this specific problem placedback in August, which is correct as I placed this order in November on 11/08 so it just goes to show how unprofessional themanagement is here at ALL levels. When I originally provided my feedback it was obviously for November so I?m not sure why shesaid a random date in August. I have reached out to corporate as these people should not be running this store because theyclearly have no concept of customer service.
