This location will get your order wrong. I clearly ordered 3 mcgriddles and 3 mcmuffins and 2 powerades and they only gave me 1... mcgriddle and 3 mcmuffins. McDonalds to begin with will always be mediocre and convenient at best. This location in particular? The absolute WORST... McDonalds I have seen yet! Terrible service. Nasty nasty bathrooms. No hand towels, no changing table and it made you feel likeyou needed a shower after going there. Disgusting. Clean your place! Ordered on app. Got to store at 10:06 am. Logged in to pick up to go at counter. Waited and waited. Walked across to the the... am/pm gas station but some stuff from there. Came back and stop waiting. I finally had to yell at someone to get my order. Iwatched cars drive into the drive thru and out. Didn?t get my sandwich until 10:28 am. I was looking for 2 cheese burger meal deal and was unable to see it in the app nor the screens in the menu. After waiting and... looking at the menu if finally showed itself that it was available on the in restaurant menu. Than after selecting what sauceswe wanted for our nuggets we still had to ask for them as they where not already in the bag. Overall, better than mostMcDonald's. Read more
sooo.. I must say the employee attitude and approach from the average person has improve significantly since e 2018. This is a... plus. They need more employees. Forget what you hear. Just a small raise for someone who has done a decent job will keepplenty of employees. and ofcouse hire high school students. With the mobile app you can go inside and order from your tablethat has a number on it. Select table service and enter the number. The manager will most likely see your order as the driveupand car hop stations are operated by working people. She will yell your order number. You won't know this number so continuethumbing through tiktok. She will then call out your name still not walking your order over to the table numbered with theinformation you entered. Just reply back with the same volume "I am over here." She will send someone other than herself tofind you. Wave them down as they don't understand the numbering system similar to their confusion at curbside with the giantnumber infront of your car. Promptly take your fries up to the counter since all this yelling has caused them to become cold. Don't wait at the counter. Go back to your seet and start preparing your meal. Squeeze out the ketchup packets in preparationfor your fries and such. They will bring out your fries. The employees are good they just need training and they aren't goingto get it from management or the owner of this franchise. With a little attention your meal can be enjoyable, but scout out theone or two clean tables. Read more
