I?m not a fan of talking bad about locations that I have visited, but the service here makes Mr Pickle?s look bad. I always have... good experiences with the shop until I came to this one. My wife and I waited for about 30 minutes for two sandwiches, thesandwiches were missing items, hair was found inside them, and they were put together like they had been thrown across the room.Hopefully some changes will be made soon to improve the service here. I understand People are having staffing issues but at least If you promise something at least hold to it! 3 times I have tried... to order ahead of time to make sure they had plenty of time and 3 times I've shown up and my order was not ready and I had towait longer than the people in the line showing up to order their food Read more
We stopped in for a quick lunch after seeing their billboard ad a few miles south of their location as we were driving north on... CA-99. Their vegan sandwich was perfectly assembled, and the service was as expected at a fast food deli. The service staffasked us whether we would still like the free cookie as It was not vegan. This place here is really good. We had a guy that came out to my car a d took our order. They were really busy but took the time... to do it for us. I can explain the food. I was really good. 12:00 PM on a Sunday and had to wait because the only bread they had was sweet bread. The staff were friendly enough but not... that attentive. My wife asked for no mayo, got home and yup there was mayo. Also, during the period of no bread staff was moreinterested in having a conversation vs cleaning the tables. Not such a horrible that I wont go back. But not such a greatexperience that it will be anytime soon. Read more
