The food is great but working construction next door we take lunches at 11 and it?s convenient that he?s next door- it?s not... convenient that hes not open until 12. on days when the truck should be there and it?s not even there it is super frustratingbecause now I?ve waited an hour past when I normally eat and he?s not even there. I kept seeing talk of this truck so decided I would finally give it a go. This review is constructive criticism because I... believe these folks have big hearts. However, I ordered chicken and rice. The rice was cooked well and I had no problems withthe rice. The chicken however, I was a little scared to eat. The boneless thighs were WAY over cooked. It is hard to over cookthigh meat but, it was! The thighs were extremely dry and resembled beef almost. Also, the seasoning needs work. I am guessing Itasted a vinegar taste but whatever it was, the marinade was NOT a good flavor (almost curry-ish). I had to use a lot of sirachato mask the flavor of the chicken. Guys, please work in the BBQ skills because thighs are easy to cook and the seasoning flavoris off. Other than that, I wish you guys success. Read more
