Worst ice cream experience ever! Parking is horrible. There is no where to sit and enjoy your extremely expensive ice cream. ... They apparently removed the tables and have no benches, so you sit in your car or stand. Very limited selection, and no extraslike nuts or sprinkles available. Save yourself some money and go to a grocery store... you'll have more selection, betterprice, and a lid!! Not what I expected at Ben & Jerry's.. Read more
Great stop, haven't had Ben & Jerry's ice cream in a long time, delicious with a dipped waffle cone! Dairy free and vegan... options in cooler and gr8 customer service gave us a wooden spoon and cup to use since they didnt have any scoopable available. Tough to park, no sitting area, u can stand and eat in the corner of the shop, or get in car with ac and eat on way to ferry, orwalk and eat quickly! Read more
Clean and friendly staff. Wish you could eat inside. Big draw back for many. Parking lot very small. Hard to turn customers... when they all set in a car for 30 min eating their ice cream. Read more
Honestly I wasn't satisfied. I had a hard time picking the ice cream taste because I didn't like the flavors that they had. Paid... 10 dollars for two ice cream, we should have just went to the dollar tree and it would much cheaper. It didn't taste like it'samazing quality. Read more

Today after dinner at Pit BBQ. We decided to take a walk on the beach. Once we were done with our walk we decided to go to one... of our favorite spots when we're in Galveston Texas. We decided to go to Ben & Jerry's ice cream. Ben & Jerry's is my favoriteice cream place to go for ice cream. Its located on the Seawall so it's very easy to find and the customer service is awesome.The selections of ice cream flavors that they have are incredible. There are so many good flavors that I can't decide which oneI'm going to get. My only disappointment today was they did not have any cookies and cream ice cream. That is my most favoriteice cream in the world. The lady at the counter apologize and she actually made suggestions as far as what her favorite icecreams flavors were. I decided to get Chunky Monkey which was absolutely delicious. My husband decided to try Milk and Cookies.It sounds weird but it was delicious. This was the perfect way to end a perfect day with my hubby. So if you're ever inGalveston Texas stop by Ben & Jerry's on the Galveston seawall. You won't be disappointed. Read more
