For the last 6 months the drink machine in the dining room has been at least partially empty, and today was no different. Even... ?regular coke? was unavailable leaving only ?Lime coke? and other odd flavors available. When you ask why this location is outof products the answer is ?we are not allowed to order enough- the district manage sets how much we can order?.? This is a veryregular issue here- it?s always out of something? Would be great if this store was allowed to order what they need an not just arandom amount set by a district manager? Read more
I wish I could give zero stars. While ordering, the woman taking the order kept asking ?is that it? after every item ordered in... a rushed tone. Waited in line at the drive through for 40 minutes because it was not moving. We had already ordered and couldn?tget out of line. Did not get a single ?sorry for the wait?. Read more
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! This BK is by far the worst I've been through! Horrible Customer service not to mention them not having... ketchup. Been here twice once in the am through the drive through and the female "fat blackgirl" took our order was veryyy rude,with an attitude, no.eye contact and not to mention her messing up our order! The second time went through the drive throughplaced our order and when we told her we needed a second order she said too us "well we only have 2 cooks today so it's going tobe like 30 to 45mins which was fine with us with the wait BUT they still messed our order up! During my visit to Galveston I went to this place twice, once for lunch and then again for breakfast. My experience when I went... for lunch was okay, part of my order was missing and when I went back to let them know the issue they became aggravated with me,despite the fact that the issue was their fault. It was even worse when I went back for a quick grab and go breakfast. The ladyat the drive-thru was very rude and disrespectful. Half the things mentioned on the Burger King menu or not even available. I'dhonestly go to a different fast food restaurant or different Burger King location, at least during breakfast. Try to at leastskip the drive-thru in the morning hours. Read more
Slow service filthy bathroom filthy dining area and not even busy totally ignored us while trying to order while chatting it up... with crew soda machine was filthy and no ice ignored again while asking for a drink was given drinks with no ice while thecustomer in front of us got drinks with ice. Love the beach and a good burger. This Burger King has that along with being a decent place to eat inside, usually. This visit... warranted a very unsanitary restaurant. It was terrible unclean with little effort to remedy the issue. There were plenty ofstaff?3 people dishing out fried seemed a inefficient distribution of labor considering dining table needed attention. Onlyleaving a review so that this location might improve enough to visit again. Read more
The lovely young lady who has worked here for 7 years was wonderful and my breakfast was delicious! Also, someone came through... the drive thru and couldn't find his wallet. I heard her say she would pay for his breakfast. Nicest, cleanest Burger King I'veever seen! Great job!! Read more
Never had a bad experience here all employees know us but today it took 30 min just to get our online order and it was wrong.... Manager wanted to argue with us like seriously. Nobody trying to get anything free just what I paid for. Very disappointed withthis place today Read more
