The food is garbage. It would still be gross & poor quality if it was free. For $25 a plate you would expect good food. The... food was not fresh, bread & cakes dried out. Everything was room temperature. This is by far the worst place I?ve ever been. The chicken nuggets were edible, almost as good as McDonald?s. Read more

Food is hotel food, somethings really good others not so much. Now the service, the service really depends who you get, which... is good and bad. Most waiters are great, but some are horrible, they take your order and never see again until the bill and tip.I went out of my way to tip a different waiter who helped us out rather then the main one. But besides that, it's good food Read more

I made dinner reservations here well in advance for a group of 15. The day of, our group was down to 12. While the drinks came... to us in a timely manner, I had initially been told that we should allow an hour and a half for our dinner in order to haveenough time to see the Festival of Lights display. Dinner service was horribly slow and getting our checks, even slower. We hadonly one person waiting our table. Instead we were there for over two and a half hours and behind schedule the rest of theevening. The food was mediocre. I ordered jumbo coconut shrimp that were barely over an inch and a half long and definitely notfresh. The salad was the greatest and tastiest thing I ate that evening. The vegetables were overcooked and bland and I wasunable to find any cilantro in the cilantro lime rice. It too was bland. I'm being generous by giving the review three starsonly because I realize that this is post Covid and his service is hard to come by leaving many establishments short-handed. Ourwaitress was overwhelmed. Read more

We dined here multiple times over our 3 night stay. The first waiter we had was not very personable and extremely abrupt... especially for breakfast. Thankfully, William stepped in and saved the day setting us up for a wonderful day. At lunch Aureliakept the wonderful service going and her recommendations helped us truly enjoy ourselves. The next morning we had Aurelia serveus again which helped us stay relaxed and made for a great start. The last morning we requested William again so that we couldthank him for helping get our vacation back on track when someone else had tried to derail it. I will definitely be dropping infor breakfast or lunch when we head to UTMB Galveston for medical reasons in the future. William and Aurelia are the type ofstaff places like this need to keep happy because they make your guests happy. Read more
