Very bad service. They forget about you. I?m guessing they don?t have any customers service experience including one of their... managers. Just gave a drink it wasn?t even open. If I can give zero I would. If you want to be ignored and leave hungry come here. I waited over 50 minutes to get my food and I... left without eating. The waiters seem retarded. The didn't refill our drinks or water. They served one lady her food in thetable next to us ( they came after us) a table of 8 people and they left the rest of the table without food. Enjoying a girls day out in Galveston and we decided to stop in at Chili?s. We were greeted with a friendly smile from the... bartender DJ, and quickly sat down to drink some margaritas! They have a new bar menu too!! We enjoyed our visit and experiencefrom the welcoming staff. The manager Jose is awesome! Read more
We love our local chilli's this one we didn't get to eat at! walked in the door and waited 15 minutes and didn't see one worker... literally!!! So walked out and ate else where! When we go back to the island we won't attempt to eat here again. And there wasonly about 5 tables with people at them. Guess the workers didn't wanna work!!!! Read more

I don't leave bad reviews, ever. Look at my history. I legitimately would give this location 0 stars if I could. We dined-in... at 7:30 p.m. Thursday 7/21/22. We walked in and had to wait 25 mins despite being told 10 mins and the place being practicallyempty. We sit down, 30 minutes until we got our drinks. Then place our food order. We received 2 out of the 6 entrees 1 hourlater and are then told one is out of stock. The rest were never even turned in to the kitchen. Of the two entrees one waswrong and the other looked like it had come out of a microwave. 20 minutes later we decided we had enough of this nonsense anddecided to leave. We paid for what we received and nothing more. I don't blame the waiter, this guy seemed new and wasobviously in over his head at this location by being the ONLY waiter in the facility. Let me lay out the entire staff of thisplace tonight. 1 - Waiter 1 - bartender 1 - manager 1 - cook 1 - busboy This Chili's location has severe staffing issues andshould probably stick to take out orders only at the moment.
