Order 6 pizzas and 2 boxes of wings. Order #1094. Not only we waited 50minutes for a pick up order but they made it wrong. One... of the pizza was extravaganza and I got a sad and dry looking pizza. OMG, where do I begin?? It took 1 hour for 1 freaking pizza from 61st Street Galveston Domino's Pizza. Everyone else before me... ordering & taking their ordered pizzas. I was watching. Male pizza maker said 15-20 min, but racially discriminated my order onpurpose. Never going there ever again, never going to order from any of Domino"s pizza stores. Done with this place! Read more
When we ordered we were told it would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes later we went in to pick it up. We were told it would still be... another 30 minutes. The explanation as to why they didn't tell us that the 1st time was that a large order came in as anemergency. What kind of pizza emergency could there possibly be? Had our first meal here in Galveston. Fresh and full of flavors. 4 stars because they didn't have salt available with them and... red chili flakes were $2 extra. What??? our DFW Domino's give them with pizza. What shame! When i mentioned this to the storemanager, he said Domino's is like that with no standard policies. Never order from here before so I decided to give it a chance. Order online for delivery.. Service was fast order was accurate... on the pizzas.. cinnamon twist & garlic bites. I did call & was on hold for 8 mint to confirm the location since I am onvacation.. I ask the gentleman on the phone if I could get some napkins parmesan cheese.. He said yes on napkins, plates butcheese is an extra charge. Well the delivery guy was awesome except NO napkins NO cheese. Would of gave them 5 ???? but thechicken pizza look like pure sauce pizza..
