By far the worse Hooters I?ve been too! I have been to several in Texas and in different states and this was a HUGE... DISAPPOINTMENT! Since we walked in no one to greet to being seated with no menu having to get one ourself! Then our wings wereso damn small to being charged $1 per ranch because a 45 piece only comes with 4 small ranches! Read more
I certainly hope the service is not an indication of the service of all Hooters locations! We stopped in for an early dinner... around 4:00 pm, we were greeted by the host and taken right to a table as there were only 4 other tables occupied. The waitresscame right over to take our drink order, however there were no menus as they were fully digital. We left our phones in the caras we typically do for a meal out. She was super helpful to find one in the back that was outdated, but it worked. Then itwent right down hill, she came back, took our order with out a pad, as many restaurants are doing now, we ordered an app, and 2sandwiches with fries, 1 curly, 1 waffle. My husband and I were having good conversation and realized an hour had gone by withno check-in from our waitress, no app, no drink refills. Another waitress stopped by to get us drink refills and check on usthen shortly thereafter our meal came out. Cold fries (both regular fries), medium warmth burgers and still no app, we askedand she said she would go check on it, she was sorry because she didn't remember to put in the app order. We finished our meal,and the app still had not shown up. We were not checked on again, another waitress stopped by to tell us that the app wasfrozen so it couldn't be made. We said for get it and please get the bill, thought for sure we may have gotten a discount ofsorts, but nope just 2 free ice waters for the trip home. Do better Hooters! Read more
Fun for the whole family! I recommend a Buffalo Chicken Sandwhich with 3-mile sauce, bacon and cheddar cheese!
What a terrible experience. Started out where we could here the music in the kitchen over the music in the restaurant. Waiter... was super cute but should not be serving tables. Had to go get my own beer from the bar. Tots took 35 minutes and the queso hadobviously been sitting there for quite some time. They gave our tots to a table next to us ?on the house? when we had paid forthe tots that came 20 minutes later? the Buffalo tacos had no sauce on them. Waiter said they were ?slammed? when there wasabout three other tables and a couple ppl at the bar. I will never ever come back. Tried to give them a few chances? neveragain. We had a party of 7 an the hostess sat us right away as we waited for a server we decided to have a look at our menu, the sad... part is we waited for 30 minutes an not one server came to check on us for any drinks. After 30min of waiting an not one personcame by we stopped one of the waitress to asked who was taking care of our area an she goes Im not sure I'll be right backafter 5min she never came back.If I could give this place a -10 for poor customer service it would have been done, this locationwill not be getting my service you have just lost a great customer MANAGEMENT needs to retrain employees. Everything was decent. My smoked wings were actually top notch. I really enjoyed them. The appetizers were as expected. Cool... environment. Took our 9 month old and everyone was super nice to her. My wife's chicken sandwich was good she just wished youcould get hotter sauce. Food all came out pretty fast. Will def go back we enjoyed it. Had a huge tv for football too. Read more
