The girl with a short wig in drive tru was super rude. Said ?I don?t have time to make the shake? When she literally gets paid... to make it. She acts like they are paying her $7.25 but what can i expect for someone that?s in their 40?s and still flippingburgers to pay their rent. May the owner listen to these reviews and fire her. Just stopped for a few tacos. Except for the grease being a little old, the tacos were pretty good. Would go again.
I ordered online. Went to pick up said order. Was told shake machine was down and that I could get 2 large drinks in their... place. Well, that's a big difference in price. When I asked about it. I literally got yelled at by "Elizabeth" and then passedon to someone else to finish her job. I only asked about the price difference and she flipped out. Yall really need to screenyour people better. She has a horrible attitude. I rarely go here because the quality of food is just horrible but my kids likethe tacos. ordered an order of french toast strips, and get a maple syrup tragically stabbed by a knife, spilled all over the bag, didnt... recieve the burger I wanted, didnt pay for it but still so saddening. the woman at the window seemed salty, suspicious, andrushing. we ordered a burger for my sister, and she wanted a drink with it, and Williams, [the woman at the door], said, "whatdrink," so we asked my sister and she was thinking, and in a lower-louder tone Williams said, "what.drink.sir", so he said, "ohhuhm uhh.." My brother absolutely loves breakfast here! He could have it everyday lol the food is your regular Jack in the Box but the... workers here are the friendliest nicest people. One of the workers even came to our table and asked if we wanted a refill ofcoffee. When we came 2 days later (because of my brother), the worker remembered us. Read more
We were very unsatisfied with our visit to the drive through. After waiting almost 30 minutes with one car ahead of us, 2... employees took our order very unprofessionally. The food was cold and nasty. Service and cleanliness definitely neededattention. The manager and even district manager should be doing some serious retraining at this location. Read more
The roost fries were good. The ultimate cheeseburger is not very ultimate anymore. It is more like a double Junior jumbo Jack.... Try saying that three times fast. The tacos are not the same, the shell has changed, not really bad but different. Read more
My wife and I pulled in behind 1 car there were employees walking around the parking lot talking, we waited 10 minutes for cold... and greasy food the chicken nuggets were drenched in oil. There was no problem service the only problem was food quality andseeing employees walk around in the parking lot while we wait for cold food was pretty upsetting.
