6/29 4:40pm How bad can it get? No need for detail other than customer service is non existent. I've frequented KFC locations on... the island, Texas City and La Marque and they're all amazingly poor. I think KFC is now in decline and is ignoring an operationscrisis. They need to start shutting down some locations because franchise owners are not meeting even minimal standards.Otherwise they may be doomed. The entire staff of this place are unfit, period. It's time for the VP of operations to employrobotics in a time of labor crisis. I'd rather deal with a vending machine rather than the utter dullards that I experiencedyesterday. Absolutely horrible experience primarily due to customer service. After being told that the spicy chicken sandwich came with... both regular mayonnaise and spicy mayonnaise, I requested no regular mayo. My sandwich came out with neither, and asking forthe spicy mayo on the side /irritated the drive-through check-out woman so badly that she made a snide comment and slammed thewindow shut in my face. She insisted that I give her the sandwich back to add it rather than simply giving me a side of spicymayo--then refused to give me a receipt. If I were the owner of this location, I would have a long talk with this employeeabout her role in customer service and her legal responsibilities as a person dealing in the exchange of goods and services withthe public. It was pouring rain, and too late to go to most other places. I was craving a potato bowl. The corn was over cooked. Chicken?... There was none. It was all small pieces of overly dry fried batter. And it was cold. I asked for Mac and cheese instead offries, got neither. My hubby got the spicy sandwich, he said it was ok. Read more
