I came in to order and I ask for 3 orders of crazy bread and 2 classics and he goes we only have one I said ok I don?t mind... waiting the ten minutes he said it would take he gave me a dirty look and tried to get me to only buy one because they don?twant to work and there was no one in the drive through or in side place is gross they don?t clean the lobby I waited 40 minutesinstead of 10 for 2 orders of bread when they had pizza ready and 2 people came in and bought food and left before mine rude andhorrible customer service here the need a new staff and Training . Food was excellent and in my hand in less than 1 minute. To feed a family of 7 for under $20? AMAZING.

Worst costumer service I?ve ever seen! I called the restaurant 16 times in 30 mins and no one ever answered the phone. I drove... to the restaurant still trying to call as I was walking in to place my Togo order. The manager heard me complaining about no oneanswering the phone, I literally saw him pick the phone cord off the floor and place it back in the phone. Then I hear him tellthe staff in Spanish that they can?t unplug the phone any more sconce I was complaining. Which means they deliberately took thecord out of the phone so the wouldn?t be bothered my call in orders.The restaurant was empty except for one table so there?s noreason they shouldn?t be able to answer the phone. The manger tried to show me how to use the app instead of explaining why hehad the phone unplugged. I asked the cashier for their corporate number and it was never given to me. I never raised my voiceor caused a commotion. This was the worst costumer service ever. Read more
If I was the owner of this restaurant, I would show up disguised and see how your restaurants being ran. I really hope that the... owner wasn?t there today if so then you won?t mind me loading the image of the pizza that was sold to me today. It was notcooked thoroughly and it was doughy, just look at that wonderful placement of those toppings LOL Felt like I was invisible, nocustomer appreciation here, not even a thank you after I said it. It did deserve the one star for what appeared to be a cleanstore in front minus the water leaking through the ceiling from all the rain but that can happen to anybody in anybuilding. This visit should hold me off on a little Caesars craving for at least a year or two, Thank you. Read more

I use this specific little Caesars often to get pizza and the staff are always friendly and the store and bathrooms are always... clean I give it 4.5 only because sometimes they are out of dips lol. Read more
