A bunch of idiots had receipt saying table number 8 and kept it on the back counter and not delivering to my table. I waited... over 15 minutes for my food. I had to go to front counter to find out what's going on with my foods. They need to hire betterpeople. Total waste of my time. Thumbs down! And my foods are cold. Read more
Don?t typically have issues, however, this trip was a bad experience. I order the same meal every time I come for lunch. The... older lady at the window with grey hair and glasses, wearing a reddish shirt, was very rude. Very accusatory when I said Iordered two burgers, not three. Normally it?s not a problem, but I guess she was having a bad day because she immediatelysparked an attitude and started being very rude. Would not drop the fact that I didn?t want 3 burgers, ignored me, shut thewindow with force after I received my receipt, and immediately went to where my food was prepped. Place was an absolute mess. Nobody was wiping down tables and it wasn't even too busy. Every table was a mess, drink area a... mess, and ketchup dispenser was empty and shooting compressed air. Only reason I'm rating this two stars instead of one isstaff was friendly and food tasted good. Read more

Fast fresh food. We dined inside. The tables and floor were clean but the drink area was not. The staff was not friendly but was... not rude either. The hand air dryer did not work in the women's restroom bit there was soap and the restroom was clean. Thedrinks are NOT $1.00 there for any size soda or tea as many McDonald's locations are but the food prices were lower than mylocal McDonald's prices at this location. Read more

Can I leave 0 stars. From the moment we pulled in it was just all wrong. They had the entrance blocked off so we had to go thru... the exit. Then the bathrooms had black hair all in the men and women's sink. The hand dryers didn't work. The water in the sinkdidn't work. So exactly what guidelines are yall following if your customers can't wash their hands. Then we order 3 burger, 3fries, 3 drink. They inly brought burgers to the table. Then our cups came later then our fries came after we had already hadthe time to eat our burger. And since when are drinks not $1? I paid $1.59 for a medium drink. That was ridiculous. Then only 1fountain worked for ice and drinks but it was filthy. You could tell nobody is wiping down the drink stations. This wholeexperience was just horrible from beginning to end. And really with bathrooms like this can you please tell me how your stoppingthe spread of germs. Read more
I mean it?s at the front of Galveston not too far from the causeway so I?m sure the staff are dealing with all kinds of people;... however they can be kind of rude when they feel like they have to get you anything extra (ketchup, dipping sauces), or if youfeel something is incorrect in your order. One time I went through the drive they, and the cashier sees me and laughs with asmirk. I asked her what was so funny, and she said nothing. I said, well you laughed when I pulled up, and she responded, I?mallowed it laugh. Oookkk weirdo. I?m not even from here so I think she thought I was someone else.
