Great thing for kiosk, because you'll find yourself waiting for someone to take your order. Food is like any McDonald's, mostly... for the little ones. I am a black man and this don?t have anything to do with race at all.10/14/22 8:45pm I ordered two combos one large one medium... and two happy meals I was overcharged for items I did not receive the manager that was on the Shift was not able to resolve myissue and refused to give me my refund there was a younger black male he?s kind of heavyset very professional he was able toremake my happy meals for my kids and also put the toys in the box that I did not receive this whole incident was not aboutmoney but that cashier has way more customer skills than that manager nevertheless when you put my kind in a position of powerthere will always be a lack of professionalism I understand that the manager makes their money off of sales this is how they geta raise I get it but to rip people off in the process isn?t right. I get it I?m a man of power as well a lot of power to beexact but I don?t conduct myself like that nor try to get over on people. Really hope he succeeded at his entry-level career. Ialso gave the cashier a tip from being so professional a nice one at that. The adult happy meals were awesome! Even tho this location was cash only tonight because of some issue with their credit card... machine, they got the food out to us quickly, everything was fresh, and we loved the nostalgic adult happy meals! Lol! They werea little pricey, but we enjoyed them nonetheless. Read more
Paid $47 for me, my husband and 3 kids and 3 were meals and a couple more items. Well we ended up missing 4 large fries.. so... really unfortunate I paid that at McDonald's just to have all that missing. Read more
Happy very happy now... Many times I have been here and each time I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it was always the... spicy ???? chicken sandwich and I'm allergic to pepper.could not eat it and couldn't stop coughing too spicy.. This time thevery nice guy at the counter actually got my order right... A crispy chicken sandwich no pepper perfect ... This was perhaps the worst service and food I?ve ever eaten. The burger had a huge glob of mayo and you can see on the pictures... it looked awful and tasted like mayonnaise rubber. The fries were stale and cold. The chubby African American guy was rude andwas too busy listening to his music on his AirPods than providing even an adequate customer service. No ketchup, no drinks foradults or my kid. There wasn?t any soap in the restroom, nor was there a clean restroom at that? This is pitiful McDonalds! Iexpect pretty mediocre-everything from McDonald?s anyway, but this was awful. The order took 40 min to make and there werepeople leaving the counter because no one would even look at their direction. If I could do a half of a star, I would. Have youever felt robbed of your money when you pay for something, but just don?t want to deal with the establishment the second timebecause it would probably be worse than the actual product? The manager was the one working the window gave me the price on the screen and the receipt tried to charge me almost $2 more... than what it showed told her I wouldn't pay it. I said I'll pay what's on my ticket, she got mad at me calling her out and tookmy money and never gave me my change and slammed the window in my face. Will never go back there again absolutely worse serviceI've ever received. the employee in the front window said the same thing about her managers behavior and apologized for theirmanager.
