The meat tasted great, but the rice was crunchy and the noodles were çhewy and neither had any flavor.
Why place an online order if they simply ignore them- walked in and tried to check in was told to wait for the line to clear... with people who were literally just walking in. I then gave my name to two employees and both said ?we have no order? - so Iflagged Samuel the manager down and said ?they don?t have my order to which he replied ?we?re busy just check in? very rudelyand then walked away. 20 minutes later he finally realizes I am still standing there with no food and only then asked for thename on the order and had to reprint the ticket. I called him out on raising his voice to me and making me wait an extra 25minutes and it was just excuses ?I figured you meant it wasn?t packed yet? and ?most customers say that but they are wrong?? Hedefinitely should not be leading a team of employees with that attitude towards customers and should at the very least offeredan actual apology. Read more
They have changed the orange chicken to processed chicken. It is terrible, don't buy it. Trash. Complete waste of my door dash.... It's looks delicious but not. I was really disappointed. Read more
Lobby was closed. Wasn?t even 7:30. Ordered 7 bowls, got 6 bowls in our sacks, figured out what we were missing, finally got... last bowl, Hardly any noodles, just veggies. It all tasted good. Husband had to say thank you twice before employee wouldacknowledge him. This was July 4th, I?m sure they had been busy all day. But that isn?t an excuse. Read more
Very clean and well kept. Food was great. Service was a little slow. One person to take your order. Just one family ahead of me... while so many behind the line should have helped. Just a month into operation, I will give a curve at 4 stars. Will revisitlater in the summer. Read more
Glad they are open on the island. I've been through the drive through a few times, decided to dine in tonight. Staff was... friendly. Gotta say the getting out of the parking lot is a nightmare when the drive through is backed up. On the plus side,the drive through moves quick. Wish they had a better parking situation. Read more

I went to get a bowl of pepper steak at the Galveston Panda Express. I explained that I didn't want the noodles (eating low... carb) but I was told it came with the meal, and I had to have it. I received my order of a large bowl of noodles, and a tiny boxwith the meat and pepper in it. The manager refused a refund, and I was very unhappy leaving this place. The customer service isrude and a disgrace. I will never eat here again. Read more
