Ordered a large half double bacon and half pepperoni with garlic Parmesan crust with extra peppers, a spicy garlic sauce, and 2... ranch. They came through for real with the sauces and peppers. More than what I ordered which was awesome. But no garlicParmesan crust ????. But they did awesome on the pizza toppings. Very pleased as usual. Read more
We ordered delivery and got the notification that it was being delivered 30 minutes before the estimated delivery time! 20... minutes had gone by after the notification when I realized there was a screw up on my part by putting in the wrong address andit dawned on me that my food was delivered to the wrong hotel due to my own mistake. I called the restaurant & everyone wasextremely helpful and I got my food remade & delivered as soon as they possibly could. I cannot explain the amount of gratitudeI felt from knowing I had no problems from them & had AMAZING customer service. Thank you, Papa John's in Galveston! Ordered delivery and was given a 25-35 minute delivery window. After an hour of waiting I started calling the store - no one... ever answered. About an hour and half of placing the order the store called me to ?give a heads up?that it will be another hourand a half before it?s delivered bc they had 1 driver or they can change it to pick up. Because of the timing, I did cancel theorder because it was so late in the evening and the kids had already fell asleep waiting on the pizza. It would be nice to haveknown when I placed the order that delivery would have been around 3 hours versus 35 minutes. Papa Johns has to do better withdelivery estimate accuracy. Be mindful of this and either go up to the store and place order or go elsewhere. Read more
Isaiah was an amazing delivery driver! We ordered a Pepsi, and didn?t get one! I called him back to tell him we didn?t get our... soda, and he went all the back to find out that they were out of 2L?s, and ended up paying for 5 1L?s for my family so we canhave our soda with our pizza! We are so thankful he went all the back to get the soda! Not many delivery drivers would do that!On top of him running all the back, both times he showed up, he was so sweet, very polite, very well mannered! Ordered over $70 worth of pizza for delivery and never received our order. Tried calling repeatedly only to get hung up on both... times they answered. When I was finally able to speak to someone 3 hours later they said they weren?t sure where our pizza wasand that was at 11:00 right as the store was closing. Read more

I'm sorry for all the customers who had bad experience at this location: we had amazing one. The staff was friendly and the... cashier was extremely helpful with the order. There was an online deal that he honored at the store. Yes, it took a bit longerthan promised; but not a biggie, things happen (especially on Friday afternoon). I went in to order a pizza at 7:15 at night they weren't rushed it wasn't packed and I thought wow the services all right. I... waited 25 minutes to get my pizzas and whenever I got them home the Epic crust Pizza that I had ordered was a mess. My daughterpicked up a piece of it the toppings which was only pepperoni and cheese slid off and the actual breading of the bottom of thepizza was translucent I could see straight through it. I will never order from here again the cheese pizza that I got wasunflavorful and the crust was too hard to even eat very disappointed I hope that this reaches who it needs to because do notorder from this establishment here in Galveston Texas Read more
