For a buffet this is one if my favorites. The Black Pepper Chicken is fantastic. It's not a buch of overly sweet dishes. They... seem to keep the cooking portions small enough to make them very well. Worst restaurant I have eaten at in Galveston. I have traveled to Galveston twice this summer and we have eaten at several of... the restaurants in the area. This restaurant was by far the WORST place I have been to in any of the places we have traveled.The smell walking into the place was horrible but I just thought it was the crawfish on the buffet. The lady that sat us wasrude and very difficult to understand. She was on her cell phone talking the entire time we were there. Food was over cooked,dry, and tasted old, but it wasn?t cold. The ice water was even bad? had like an iron taste. When telling the lady about it shejust rolled her eyes?. Seriously rolled her eyes at us and our complaints. There was myself, my husband, and our two daughters.Also, my sister, her husband, their daughter and our teenage brother joined us. I wasn?t impressed from the time I walked in thedoor, but my husband wanted to give it a chance. He could only find one thing he liked and it was some type of BBQ rib. That?sthe only thing him or our oldest daughter liked. Our youngest (2 years old) daughter only liked the banana pudding while Chinesehas always been one of her favorites to eat. Only thing that I was okay with was the bottled strawberry drink my daughter had.My brother in-law likes nothing and he will usually literally eat anything that doesn?t eat him. My sister didn?t like anythingother than some fruit. My niece (7 years old) only liked the noodles but said they were really dry. My teenage brotherattempted to try several different things but only liked the BBQ rib. Horrible service. Would NOT recommend. Our total was $67and some change. My sister and her group paid over $85! ????PLEASE DON'T GO HERE, LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE????I put 1 star because the food here wasn't good the crabs... i was gonna eat was cold and mushy (it shouldn't be mushy people can end up sick from that) most of the food was cold. Me and myfamily ended up with FOOD POISONING because of the horrible food they served the food is supposed to be edible not inedible if ihave to pay I'd like to pay for something I'd ACTUALLY enjoy ...and they didn't have any plastic gloves to use for grabbing thetongs there wasn't much variety of food either and the price was EXPENSIVE...for one plate it would cost $22 plus tax with drinkmy dad confronted the cashier that the food was expensive and wasn't even good and the waitress just laughed and ignored him andtold him to just pay..the waitress was very rude to my mom too, my mom would ask questions about the food and the waitress wouldignore her and try getting close with my dad...i really would not want people coming here to eat even if you're hungry and justfor a quick meal just drive somewhere else this is NOT the place to eat in they seem to be cooking every food and frying themwith the same oil which is not got it's unhygienic and nasty ???? Tried years ago but really disappointing so thought I'd give it another chance. Food always cold and place is dirty. They sat us... at a table that had a hot sauce bottle completely empty with the lid missing, table are grungie too. Well never be back. If youwant great hot Chinese food, try Yummy Yummy in Texas City. Read more
There was some stuff they looked old and dry but it was good what I did choose to eat ..ppl were very nice
the worst buffet in my entire life. My friend immediately came out, I tried my luck. four small tables with incomprehensible... food. there was not much choice. the food is clearly out of date. I took shrimp, sushi and salmon. the shrimp are old andovercooked, with pieces of shrimp feces, the salmon was kept in the oven for five hours, it doesn't look like fish. sushi is adisaster. rice is overcooked and looks like porridge, filling of disgusting quality. after 3 minutes of finding, I called thewaiter and explained all the problems. the waiter said that my friend and I should pay anyway, which I did not conflict with. paid and left hungry. this restaurant shouldn't exist at all. disgusting food and the same attitude towards guests. 0 out of100. Worst place ever, the pineapple was rotten with all fruit too! And everything else was left from a day ago, not hot food, cold... food really bad taste , moody workers, not good variety, expensive for that kind of service and food, trust me 18$ each person, no thanks way better anything else even McDonald's , you probably have more chance surviving eating vomit then this food andyou can't stay there not even for 1 hour or they kick you , also if you go in a group they charge 20 percent of only tip ,worst ridiculous buffet Read more
