Horrible timing, I ordered 2 flounder sandwiches a Mac and cheese and a fry, and was asked to pull up front, 20 minutes and... about 8 cars ordered and drove through the line getting their food, at 30 minutes I went inside and walked up on the cookslaughing that I waited thirty minutes, they didn?t know I was right there and looked shocked when I said yeah thirty minutes,all my food was cold, it?s pretty sad. I will never again go to this Popeyes for a flounder sandwich, or anything and I wouldn?trecommend anyone to go here either. Horrible timing and horrible service. Read more

Waited 40 min in a three person line for them to say that their tenders were still frozen. Mind you, I just ordered a combo and... they locked the doors to get inside the restaurant because they didn't have enough workers, so only the drive thru was open.They told me to wait ten minutes, after which they told me to wait fifteen minutes. I couldn't take it anymore and bailed.Thankfully I got my money back but a huge waste of time with no food to show for it. When I left, the drive thru line was in thestreet. Whatever management lets this place stay understaffed and is fine watches customers (and their money) leave for a betterplace, needs to consider pursuing another field. Read more

I wish I had zero star. The manager is disrespectful, mean, resist. We paid for drinks but she did not give us. Her name is... Sarah or seri. Something like that. I hope the cooperate will see this and let her how to speak and take care of the coustomers. Read more

I really had a craving for popeyes today. Mainly when i come to galveston.lol but this place took its time today crispy chicken... red beans and rice not too salty biscuits fresh yall maybe it was the time we went which was around 1 but very good for a quickgrab!!only thing is... I normally don't eat anywhere that has a review rating of under 4.0, but I was running errands @ lunch & decided I wanted spicy... chicken & didn't check the review ratings. WHAT A MISTAKE! Went to drive through & the lady took my order correctly & I evenheard her tell the cooks or other workers in the restaurant - when arrived @ window, asked me to back up & park in one of thespaces. This is UNACCEPTABLE during the work week @ lunch time - if you don't have chicken available, tell the person whiletaking their order in the drive through so they know if they have time to wait. It really did not take long to get the order,but they gave me red beans & rice instead of mashed potatoes, but the young man went & grabbed me mashed potatoes. When I getto work & start eating my chicken, it is mild, not spicy, & it's not cooked completely. And, no napkins provided. I used tofrequent this Popeye's 3 - 4 times a month, but they have really gone down in their customer service & I definitely won't beback! Popeyes is Popeyes. However, if you'd like to see a cashier have a fit at every order - this is your place. He got so mad at... each question from a customer. I watched him slam his hand on the counter as if a customer changing their mind was an enormousinconvenience to him. Thank goodness we go for the food, not service. Read more

This is the 3rd Popeyes that does not give service at all. Just order a simple snack (7 price boneless combo). Couldn't get a... receipt to my credit card and the manager argued that they could and I didn't pay for it and ran my card a second time.
