Do not come for the drinks. Not great. However, the Cajun shrimp bisque is amazing. It is a meal more than an appetizer. The... seafood platter is amazing too. Request it grilled and not fried. Was very busy but only took like 5 minutes to get seated! Greg, out waiter, was just awesome. Recommended the FAVS and very... attentive and informative. Unfortunately, no sweet tea, (sin in the south) but did have COCA-COLA! Wife had the PastaJambalaya and I had the grilled shrimp. Freaking awesome! Fries on point. Their hush-puppies were really good, just not forme. (Sweet) Our 1st time was great and look forward to going back!! 2 of us ate for $60. WORTH IT! Read more
Very good lunch! We had shrimp nachos which were delicious! The fish po boy would have been better if the bread had been... toasted and thinner onion slices, but it was still tasty. Fries were crisp and had a great flavor. Would definitely go back! Read more
We got the English Fish and Chips and Big Kahuna hot dog. Both were very good. Portions were large enough that we could have... split either one between the two of us. Our son who is vegetarian didn't have many options but was able to eat. Over all a goodplace. Side note, if you carry, there is a 51% sign posted in such a way that you pretty much see it when you leave the place.Needs to be moved where it's more visible. Read more

It's a very nice place. The food was good. They have this old white lady that greets you and seats you in the front when you... walk-in, and she is not very friendly. She stared at me. She didn't offer me anything. I was waiting for her to seat me or giveme a menu. Finally, I asked her for a menu and a place to sit. She just pointed at a menu for me to get it myself... so mymorale and mood dramatically lowered within a minute from her stand-offish demeanor alone. It was as if she didn't want me to bethere. Fantastic dining experience! Pleasant atmosphere with TV viewing and oldies for your listening. Greg was our waiter and he was... awesome, made sure our drinks stayed full and gave us helpful advice on things to see in Galveston. Our lunch entrees wereexcellent! My fried shrimp alfredo was perfect with creamy, tasty sauce. The others ordered the shrimp platter and the greenbeans were perfectly done. The grilled shrimp was their favorite! The blue wave was very good but the long island tea neededmore tea. I know most would like the strong mix but not our friend. Then to top our delicious meals, we had a brownie ala modewith walnuts. We showed up at lunch time, were seated right away and greeted by our waitress quickly. After hearing the special of the day we... opted to go with the shrimp quesadilla as an appetizer. WOW! It was delicious to say the least! Then I ordered the (2) redfishtacos which was also very tasty. I highly recommend those, if you are a fish taco person? they are the way to go! I choose tohave fries and coleslaw instead of rice and veggies. My wife had the lunch shrimp platter, which was plenty big in size even asa lunch portion. Our waitress was prompt with water refills, and anything else we needed. Absolutely would recommend and will goback, next trip to the island! Read more
