HORRIBLE... absolutely BAD!!..first off the girl said the machine was down for cards .she asked could I let her write down my... card info...I was like... Absolutely Not..I gave her cash..I asked if the order was completed when she gave me the bags..a 5 pcchicken strip .real..short of a chicken strip.and no gravy for dipping sauce as I asked..she stated they just opened and nothingwas ready..I looked at my watch it was 11am...but the website says they opened at 7am...and then she forgot my two drinks.NevetEver Again will I go back...you couldn't Pay me to go back there.On top of that .the food was cold.Lord Read more

Ordered 2 slushes a few weeks ago through doordash and waited for an hour only to find out the machine wasn't working which was... never communicated to me and then tonight ordered another slush and a soft drink only to receive someone else's order! Are youkidding? Total incompetence! Read more

My drink order was fine but this place is in need of some serious help from corporate. How do you expect to give customers a... Sonic drive in experience if most of the ordering displays DO NOT WORK??? I'm sure it's been reported by staff on site.Corporate people from Sonic.. get on your job and get this store up to speed. Ordered on the app. None of the stalls screens were working so I couldn't put in my stall number on the app. Went through the... drive through and sat there for 15 minutes before we made it to the window. Asked for lite ice on all of our drinks and theygave us cups full of ice. They also got 3 of our 6 drinks wrong. Read more

That usually Sonic does okay but this one by far and above all the other ones I've been to with complete trash from the app to... the service. Not only was my order not timely but the one car hop they had there was too busy spending her time messing aroundwith install number 6 menu board. Needless to say when my order was ready it took her forever to get it. The condiments arerequested we're kindly left out. The drink I ordered was a size smaller than the one that I paid for and was brought without astraw. The app gave me hell but I finally made it through it and I even left a $5 tip through the app I wish I could get that $5back. Cuz the food was trash in the service was trash and as a matter of fact the whole restaurant was just trash I will nevergo back to this one. Read more

Service was so slow we never got to order. This was on a Saturday afternoon. Of all the places packed around us for lunch, we... decided to stop here instead. We figured it may be a bit faster since there were only a handful of others there at most. Thatshould have been red flag one. We sat and waited to place an order for over 10 minutes for us to give up and go elsewhere. Yougenuinely can not convince me anyone was actually working in that store. We ended up at McDonald's and was in and out in lessthan 5 minutes with hot food. Read more

Had to go through the drive-in instead of ordering from the parking spot. There's nothing wrong with the things anyway. the... hamburger was good! Nothing wrong with the hamburger...If they can still make and give us the hamburger just like that...theycan do the same in the parking spots. Nothing wrong with their food. They did not have fries, their fryer was out of service atthe time...and that's OK! I was still happy with my burger and drink! Thank you for the delicious burger!! I was definitelysatisfied.
