They charged me for 2 drinks when I only prefer one. Also, they lollygagged so much by the time they made my drink and gave it... to me it had melted (it was a trap for reference). Read more

I'm writing this review while waiting 30 plus mins for one drink. I've never seen such a slow Starbucks. Most people leave... without ordering because the lines never move. At least I was entertained for a few mins watching a roach crawl around thecounter by the refresher machine. Gross. Maybe getting the TV the employee was asking for will improve productivity. I read afew other reviews mentioning Lloyd and he is a waste of space. A golden retriever could be a great replacement to improveservice. Read more

As with others, this has got to be the WORST Starbucks I've ever been to. Lloyd should be fired, he has ear buds in, and... actually stopped working to play with his phone. I'm very surprised they allow these employees to remain working, this is a verybusy Starbucks in a heavily touristy area. Do better Starbucks! They need a Dunkin in Galveston! Read more

Probably one of the worst customer service experience I?ve had. I was the only one in line, the male barista stared at me, never... greeted me, has his ear pods in, and when I said excuse me 3 times in case he wasn?t aware I was there his response was ?makingan order?. I would recommend hiring people with customer service experience especially in a highly visible area. Read more

They took 25 minutes to make my drink worse Starbucks ever. Plus the lady with red hair was so rude she made the drinks whenever... she wanted too. Plus the lady before me was complaining about the same thing. Read more

This is probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The workers were incredibly slow. There would be a line of 8 to 10... people and no one was taking orders. The male employee was more concerned about getting the posters up than filling orders andmaking drinks. I went this morning and I stood there for ten minutes and ended up leaving, even though I was at the front of theline, because the employee was ignoring the line of more than 8 people. I'm not sure what the problem is, if it's staffing ortraining, but customer service needs to be worked on, training in how to be more efficient and plan and prep for the day needsto be vastly improved. My son works at a Starbucks in Killeen. I hear about how things should go and how hard he works. TheStarbucks I went to about two blocks away had people moving in it. Being efficient. On top of the orders. We were visitingGalveston but I will never go back to that Starbucks again. Read more

A little disappointed, but for some understandable reasons. On the up-side.. The staff was nice. The working space looked... clean. AND they got my drink right. Always a good thing. On the downside.. Ordering area seemed a little cramped for a coffeelocation, but it is inside a grocery store so that?s probably a trade off that was made to bring Starbucks there. I orderedahead and my drink hadn?t been started when I got to the location (about 10 minutes afterwards), even though I was the first &only customer. It appeared that staff arrived to open the location later than their posted hours. They were also having someissues with their machines. All-in-all, it wasn?t bad. But it wasn?t great either. I don't even drink coffee and this place was TERRIBLE. The disrespectful girl who took my wife's order didn't want to speak up... and looked at her as if she is just supposed to know the menu. There were two people working behind the counter and it took 30min to get one coffee. Worst service I've ever seen in my life. Soiling the Starbucks name. Embarrassing Read more
