Great sandwich shop. I always have to get extra protein because they do not give very much.
The SUBS are very good!!And You can make You a "Dagwood Sub" On The cheap.The Meat's are very fresh,along with the buns. Truly... the one next to Easy Pawn on 26th & Broadway gets my vote as the best in Galveston. Read more
Very unprofessional environment. Didn't have any ham, and only white bread. Just very disappointed in my experience the there.... They obviously have a big problem with management and order product. Some of the sandwhich meats did not look very good, like itwas all just throw together. The only person that was there was a young man who looked a little lost. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Subway Employee! I asked Robert many questions about the Subs of the day, price differences between the... 12-inch Sub Meal and the $6.50 Sub Combo. He told me what I wanted to know, and was VERY upbeat about it! I was a bit drainedfrom my walking, and He sensed that. Robert was very attentively doing what He could to create a Refreshing Atmosphere. AsRobert made my Sub, He asked why I didn't prefer the yellow peppers, but wanted everything else. He told me that He didn'tprefer Black Olives on His Sandwiches. And I realized that I preferred it from eating pizza. It wasn't used in a lot of dishes Ihad back in Louisiana. Turns out Robert was from Louisiana also. Pretty Cool. It comes down to this. My day wasn't the best. Ithought I was just walking into a Subway to get an order filled and go on about my way. But that Guy Robert, He changed that forMe. He was Attentive to all the details of my Meal, found MANY common grounds for Good Conversation, and even told Me about Hisday and some about His Heritage. He wasn't putting on a show or 'Going Through The Motions.' I believed in His 'PositiveAttitude Mindset' as well as His approach to Customer Service! That Location has its Challenges. If ANY Company is looking forThat NEXT Manager to Train or That NEW Person to invest in... then think on Robert. This Guy would, I Believe, represent YourBrand in a way that is Relatable, Personal, and with a Positive Integrity Second-to-None! Dirtiest Subway I've ever eaten at. Panhandlers out front, terrible part of town. All vegetables were wilted and gross, they... were out of everything even bread. The bathroom had feces in the floor. Absolutely a filthy nightmare. Read more
1:37 p.m the young man working today 3-22-21 didn't greet me when I came in. He didn't wash his hands. The front line was dirty... and very nasty. He smashed my bread. The cutting knives were dirty. So gross. He was very rude. Plus I had to repeat myself thatI only wanted my chicken heated and not toasted. The building of the sandwich was completely wrong. The app mess up my order this isn't the first time. The manager is refusing to refund it. And I sat there while she started the... order and told her that it was messed up. She said it was too late nothing she can do about it. Literally have no idea why toapp malfunctioned I dont even like over half the items on the list. Being an ex assistant manager at subway this is justridiculous. This store has no functionality. Read more
This restaurant was Very clean. Fresh food served by wonderful nice friendly folks. I will definitely go back here.
