Waited in the drive thru for over an hour, maybe 8 cars ahead of us. Got to the window waited again for 10 or 15 minutes. There... where 3 employees standing around goofing off and laughing having a good Ole time while we waited. It was 2 ladies and a guy.Very disappointed in the service. Waiting time just to order was disastrous, it took a total time of 20 minutes just to order, and that's being generous... considering that most of the cars infront of me decided to leave. The employees had no sense of urgency and where very forgetfulabout everyone's orders, I saw 3 people go back to this establishment and all three times they came back with different bags.Management needs to be more strict especially if they in are in a active and touristy area Read more
We went there about 7:30 P.M and there was a couple people ahead of us, nothing crazy. We waited about 20 minutes before we... could place an order. While we were waiting several of the employees were chit chatting at the register instead of helpingcustomers. We finally got our food, which was good, they actually had the strawberry frosty and frosty-chinno. However, therestaurant was filthy with food all over the floor and a lot of the tables were dirty. I asked for a try to carry the food anddrinks to the table and got told that they didn't have any clean trays so I had to carry four drinks and food. Read more
My fries were cold it look like and taste their grease was old. Fries nasty couldn't even finish them My burger a bit greasy... but good I eat it.
