Not a huge parking lot but had 3 online order spots reserved. The guy tonight taking orders in drive thru was very nice and... polite. We were given the wrong order and discovered it after we left. This was not my original order I went back for a replacement meal I ordered originally the chicken tenders and they did not... taste good at all and was not favorable so when I went back I got a grilled chicken sandwich a manager was like it's about youmaking sure l was happy by making up for my previous order. This is a decent What-a-Burger. Most of the time, my order is perfect the way I ordered it, someone it isn't. Most of the time,... the food tastes good and it looks good. Someone the patties are so chopped up, you would think you're eating Ground beef fortacos. Most of the time, the staff is friendly and polite they seem to know what they're doing. Other times they are just plainrude and they don't have a clue, even some of the managers. Read more
I have never had such poor service from any Whataburger we could not even hardly talk to the lady at the window because a staff... member wanted everybody to know her love life and what was going on. My onion rings were burnt and they tried telling me that'show they come out of the Grease. I don't think so. Then I asked for more napkins and they were not going to give me any becauseof Whataburger policy I then proceeded to ask will you not give me some if I'm requesting them and the lady just shoved them atme. I will never ever come back to this one again and I suggest nobody else do either and I hope people above the manager of thestore reads this cuz she was not happy very rude because she had to give me my money back on the onion rings..... The entire team was behind on orders and it was apparent. One employee became upset and started to yell and swear. He demanded... his cash drawer be counted so he could leave. He eventually stormed out and was followed by two other employees who attempted toconsole him and get him to come back inside. Eventually all employees made it back in. The manager was nonstop dropping friesand tenders and was unable to handle the ?drama? that was precipitating. Food was okay. Tenders were fresh and hot but thefries were very limp and lackluster. Waited on ice for the drink machine for about 20-30 minutes before the meal, which cameafter the 30 minutes. Thankfully we were not in a rush. Restaurant was not clean, mess was on every table. I even found randomstraw wrappers inside the marketing sign on the table. Needless to say, employees we engaged with were respectful and did notgive us any difficulties. Manager was very kind and thanked us continuously for our patience and understanding. If it wasn?t forthe upset employee?s outburst I would?ve rated a 3 star review. Read more
Big disappointment. Most priority at drive thru, dine in comes last, long wait. TERRIBLE COOK on 4pm shift. All lettuce, pickle... on right side of burger, bun smashed so flat it appeared to be a tortilla. By time food runner came back with ketchup and megoing back to get something that was not on burger I ordered food was all cold. Food runner didn't bring me a tray and told methey didn't use trays anymore while holding a tray in his hand in a dining room where EVERYBODY had a tray but me lol. Themanager did later bring me a tray. Most staff were kind,, courteous and tried.. He brought no napkins but tissue paper frombathroom was in the dining room for napkins. The whole visit was hilarious but I still feel it was money wasted because foodwent to trash. Read more
Visiting Texas for the first time in years, growing up in Corpus and a regular at Whataburger, this restaurant in Galveston did... not let me down. Good hot fries along with my jalapeno burger., Mmm good. Read more
