The worst Whataburger I?ve ever been to. They had my order sitting inside for 30 minutes for a curbside order. No one came out,... i had to go inside and they couldn?t find my order until they looked 3 times. Still didn?t have it completed. I?d give thisplace zero stars if possible. I have always had a good experience here, usually go for breakfast. Service is generally good with friendly staff. There is... frequently a line for the lunch rush but they take care of it pretty quick. Read more
Lunch time obviously gets busy. If dining in, be ready to wait 20 minutes depending on how busy it is and how/what you ordered.... Typically forgets your gravy 90% of the time. Other than that, food is still great. Service is good. The team that is there now(8/3/22) doesn't seem to work well under pressure. Gets your food out on their time rather than yours. Food was good. Service was an absolute joke. Too many employees not doing anything and hanging out talking. Place was absolutely... dirty and gross. You definitely have the employees to get the work done, you just need a manager that can make them work insteadof being their friend. My advice.. Find the hardest working employee in there, Fire the manager and promote the regularemployee. Read more
Possibly the best Whataburger I've ever been in. They were busy as heck but still got food out fast and every order was... correct. Courteous staff and one of the guys cleaning the dining room tables even put on a little show balancing his cleaningsupplies on his head while doing a little dance. Our rules are on vacation to eat things we can't get where we are from. I have had Whataburger before but my kids have not so we... had to take them. It was a good time. Food was good Read more
