I get it, this place isn't the place to go if you're expecting exceptional customer service...but I have my go-to meal here and... they never disappoint. I absolutely love their Chicken Wonton Tacos, side Caesar salad and French Onion Soup (not pictured). Idon't know what it is but their French Onion Soup is on point!! If I'm being honest, if the ever get rid of my go-to meal, Iprobably would not be coming here at all. Service is subpar and the vibe here is eh. Read more

Food was good. They made a small mistake on the order don't bother asking for subs because they still give you the regular item... that an order supposed to come with. They need someone to pay attention to takeout more went back in to try and fix the orderand just winded up leaving because I didn't feel like waiting anymore. Still enjoyed the food. Place just needs moreattentiveness to be ready for takeout customers otherwise I'd highly recommend ordering I'm especially if you plan to alter orcustomize any food selections. Read more

Ordered French onion soup, bowl came out half empty. Manager offered to make new bowl, i said you can just take off bill. He... brought out new bowl (full) but this time instead of opaque broth, seemed very cloudy, tasted as if stirred flour and water tomake bowl full, could not eat it. Love their French onion, but this location failed twice! Waitress was fine, no issues withservice. Read more

We ordered at lunch time. We ordered the steak and the riblet plate. They charged extra $2.50 for swapping out sides with onion... rings. The onion rings were huge but was too hard. The broccoli sides are overcooked and has black ends which maybe old. We alsoordered the boneless chicken wings as appetizer which is tasty but looks more of orange chicken. The meal is just ok but it?snot going to make me come back to this restaurant. Read more

Food delivered was very cold, fried looked like wet noodles.... the salad dressing was not correct and I got no extra paid for... wing sauce. the food quality has been going down hill as we order once a week.. now I dont see what the point is. Guess I'llgo to cheesecake factory and pay Double. only thing that set you apart from your competitors is service. that is it. theonly thing. Read more

Good visit. Rozlin was great! She greeted us promptly and I never had to look for her. Food came out pretty quickly and order... was accurate. And we arrived right at the start of dinner. My pasta was excellent. I tried the butterscotch blondie also...notso Good. It was pretty dry. Overall a good experience though. Read more

Applebee's at Waugh Chapel always serves up a good meal at very reasonable prices. My go-to entree when I want something... satisfying but not too filling... their Tex-Mex Shrimp Bowl. The house-made pico de gallo, black bean corn salsa & guacamolepartner perfectly with the grilled chipotle lime shrimp. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and there are plenty of menuoptions to choose from. Read more

The food is average, about what you?d expect for an Applebee?s. The service is really where this location stands out?the entire... staff was welcoming, smiling, and willing to go the extra mile to make it a pleasant experience for us. Our kids enjoy orderingtheir own meals?they can be hard to hear and take a hot minute to get their order out. Our server was very patient andencouraging, which meant a lot to our 6 year old. He was actually the one to chose this particular Applebee?s! The shoppingcenter can be a little tricky with the traffic pattern (stop signs in odd places and a lack of them in others), but there?salways plenty of parking for Applebee?s. It?s also very close to ice cream shops, Target, and other nice shops. It?s great for anice evening out with the family. Read more
