My friend and I were craving burgers and looking to try a new place in Crofton. BurgerIM did not disappoint! She got a burger, I... got the grilled chicken, and I ordered up a spicy chicken for my husband. They put everything on the side for the spicy sandwichfor my him to eat after work. Everything was super delicious! My hubby said his food was just as good even after warming it up.The customer service was outstanding! Not your average burger spot. Makes five guys look like the dollar menu at McDonald's. Burgers and wings are outstanding.... Everything that I have eaten here is top shelf and with the added plus of a bar you can't go wrong at this place. The serviceand attention to the customer just rockets this restaurant too a whole new dining experience. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. I got the Hawaiian salmon burger and onions rings and it was sooooo good. The staff was... friendly, everything was clean, and food came out fairly quick. We?re excited to go back to try other things. Highly recommend! Read more
I love their fries, they're not soggy like other restaurants. Instead they are the right amount of crispy. Burgers here are... amazingly delicious. The house sauce compliments the flavor of the sandwich without taking away from the beef. BurgerIM hasbecome a regular for my family. Read more
Decent place to eat, loudish music, interesting menu, and very friendly staff. Seems to have some issues with staffing due to... shortages right now but management is going above and beyond to try and rectify the problems. Give this place a shot forsure! If I had to give a critique it would be that the wings have ALOT of breading and think they would have better luck withfresh or naked wings. Over all, I will be returning. Read more
The server complained about us and talked trash about us while we were still in the restaurant. The quality of the food was... worse than you might get at a fast food restaurant. I should have gone to Five Guys down the road. Portions on the fries werescant. 15$ for a burger and fries? And a quality that tastes like frozen things reheated? Greasy and not properly seasoned. Thelocation is not very accessible. The parking lot is tiny. The decor of the restaurant tries hard, but feels like a corporatesports bar or a Buffalo Wild Wings with delusions of grandeur. Clean new place with a comfortable interior and various seating options. Staff was friendly and courteous and didn't rush me... given it was my first visit. My burger and fries arrived fresh and hot. Everything was good, and the fries had a certainunderstated quality that had me finish every last one. Nothing bad to say about the burger, but it was not special for theprice.
