The order was not only over 20 minutes late from the time it was said to be ready, but then it was missing items and received... part of someone elses food. Located in the Waugh Chapel Town Centre right off Route 3. Very easy to find with plenty of parking. I had not been to this... location in a couple of years and I was excited to get a ?bowl.? Ordering was easy. Unfortunately, no guacamole. Two bowlswere ~ $20 total, very reasonable. Very nice serving size, brought home for leftovers. The food was fresh and tasty, as I washoping. The server and cashier were both friendly. Now the negative. The eating area was in complete disarray. Multipletables had not been wiped down (food was literally on the tabletop). Chairs were strewn. The trash cans were almost full. Thearea where you get your utensils and drinks was a mess and dirty. Absolutely unacceptable (for management, 3 pm on 08/21/22). Until this has been fixed, I will only do take out there. Read more
Not a great experience. There are FLIES everywhere and all on the food. Against my better judgement I bought the bowl. I got... home ready to eat and found hair in my food ????. Chipotle is declining and the prices are rising. sigh. Read more
40 minute wait to go through the line and food was everywhere. Chicken was being dropped into steak, steak was just sitting by... the window, black beans were being dropped into everything, and food was all over the checkout counter. Read more
I have been to this location twice. Both times packaging and food was horrible. This particular order was delivered. I ordered... 3 soft tacos and this is what I received tacos wrapped in foil. At first, I thought it was a burrito. Ordered large chips andqueso. I counted 16 chips in the bag and they were stale. I wonder how many days the bag was left on their shelf. Verydisappointing. I think staff and management need to have care for patrons. I would not serve this food to my dog. It had notaste and poorly packaged. Read more

I?m DONE with this Chipotle location. Ordered on the app from this location for a 4:50 pm pickup. This is the third time I?ve... ordered from the app, so I should have known better. We were trying to feed 4 kids tonight, it was just easier. Good thing I didsince at 4:50 pm the waiting line was out the door into the parking lot. Waited 15 minutes past the 4:50 pickup time. Got myfood home and overall the portion sizes were half of what you get when you order in person. I?ve attached a picture of myburrito bowl, which was ordered with double chicken (and the label noted it). It?s stirred around a little in the picturebecause I was looking for ANY chicken. I?ll start doing like I do with other restaurants close to me and start driving out of myway to a better location than this one. Read more
We have been repeatedly disappointed by this Chipotle. This location is consistently poorly stocked and always out of something ... (gucamole- when other locations do have it available, forks, etc). This is the closest location to us, so we've really tried andtried and tried with this location. The last straw came on Saturday when my son went in to order a bowl. It took him nearly 20minutes to get ONE bowl! The crew was heavily unorganized and he was kept waiting while the staff prepared a large online orderafter he had already been waiting in the line. It only got worse when someone picked up their online order and it was incorrect.Again, he was kept waiting while the cashier went to fix the online order. Then he was kept waiting AGAIN while the cashierworked on bagging an online order instead of checking him out. No apology for the extensive wait, no acknowledgement of poorservice, nothing. Its no longer worth our money or time for the convenience of this location. We will not be returning. Read more
